1. Children Policy:
Maximum of 02 children sharing the same bed with parents.
Children aged 0–5 years: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents, including breakfast.
Children aged 6–11 years: Surcharge of VND 200,000 per child per night when sharing bed with parents, including breakfast.
Children aged 12 years and above: Considered as adults.
Extra bed: Surcharge of VND 500,000 per night. Extra beds can be arranged in certain room types and are subject to availability. Please contact the Hotel for more details.
2. Surcharge policy:
2.1. Surcharges for holidays and Tet:
The following dates are subject to a holiday surcharge:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday): 5 nights from the 30th day of the last lunar month to the 4th day of the Lunar New Year
- Reunification Day (April 30th)
- International Labor Day (May 1st)
- Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (if applicable)
- National Day (September 2nd)
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31st)
2.2. Early check-in surcharge
Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Early check-in from 01:00 to 06:00: 100% room rate surcharge.
- Early check-in from 06:00 to 12:00: 50% room rate surcharge
- Early check-in from 12:00 to 14:00: Free of charge if the room is available
2.3. Late check-out surcharge
Late check out is subject to room availability
- Late check-out before 18:00: 50% room rate surcharge
- Late check-out after 18:00: 100% room rate surcharge
