To ensure security and compliance with Government regulations as well as the Hotel’s policies, we kindly ask for your cooperation as follows:
1. Guest Identification:
Foreign guests: Please present your Passport and valid Visa at the Front Desk upon check-in.

2. Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous or explosive substances, narcotics, addictive substances, pets, durians, mangosteens, foul-smelling items, or noisy equipment are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
3. Room Security: Please lock your door when staying inside or leaving your room, and keep your key card safe during your stay.
4. Visitors: For the comfort and safety of all guests, visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with prior notice and the consent of the registered guest. Visiting hours are limited to before 22:00 (10:00 PM).
5. Valuables: Please deposit all valuables at the Front Desk. The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss of items that are not deposited.
6. In-room Restrictions: Cooking, laundry, or drying clothes in the guest room is not permitted. Please do not hang clothes on the hotel’s windows, ceiling, TV, or any fixtures in the room.
7. Illegal Activities: Gambling and prostitution are strictly prohibited under Vietnamese law.
8. Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property caused during their stay.
9. Smoking & Odorous Fruits: A penalty of USD 250 will be charged for smoking inside the room or bringing durians or mangosteens into the room.
10 .Check-in & Check-out Time:Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM).Check-out: By 12:00 (noon) Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
* Always keep your room key card with you or leave it at the Front Desk.
* Lock the door and use the safety latch when you are inside the room.
* Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the room.
* Do not accept packages or goods from strangers.
* Use the door viewer before opening your door.
* Do not leave valuables in your room; use the in-room safe or the safe at the Front Desk.
* Keep your belongings within sight when checking out or staying in public areas.
* Do not disclose your hotel name or room number to strangers.
* Please return your key card to the Front Desk upon departure.
