1. WELCOME
Welcome to our hotel. We are committed to providing a world-class service experience with the highest standards of safety, comfort, and privacy. We kindly request that you read and adhere to the following regulations to ensure a flawless stay for all our guests.
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
- Check-in time: from 14:00
- Check-out time: before 12:00 (Noon)
- Identification: Please present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in:
+ For international guests: Please present a valid Passport and Visa.
+ For Vietnamese guests: Please present a valid ID card or legal identification.
3. GUEST REGISTRATION & OCCUPANCY
- The number of guests in a room must not exceed the registered standard occupancy.
- Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Visitors are only permitted in guest rooms with prior notice and the consent of the registered guest. Visiting hours are limited until 22:00.
- Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
4. SAFETY & SECURITY
- The hotel is equipped with a CCTV system in public areas to ensure security.
- Please lock your door when you are inside the room and when leaving the hotel. Key cards can be left at the Reception desk or kept with you during your stay.
- The following items are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises: weapons, toxic chemicals, explosive or flammable substances, illegal drugs, narcotics, pets, durians, mangosteens, and any items with strong odors or that cause loud noise. A special cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violations.
- All valuable items should be deposited at the Reception desk, or guests should use the in-room safe to store their valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any lost items that were not deposited at the Reception.
- Cooking, washing, and ironing clothes in the bedroom are strictly prohibited. Please do not hang clothes out of the windows, on the hotel's facade, or on furniture and fixtures inside the room.
- Gambling and prostitution within the hotel premises are strictly prohibited by Vietnamese Law.
5. SMOKING POLICY
- The hotel is a non-smoking property, except in designated areas, which include:
+ 12th Floor: Outdoor pool area
+ 1st Floor: Outdoor reception lobby area
- Smoking in the room will incur a special cleaning fee of $250.
6. QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00. Please keep the noise volume to an appropriate level to ensure the privacy and comfort of other guests.
7. LIABILITY & COMPENSATION
- Guests are liable to compensate for any damage to or loss of hotel property caused by intentional acts or negligence, in accordance with the property compensation price list. Please scan the QR code in your room for detailed information.
- The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings not stored in the in-room safe.
- Your key card grants you access to your room and is programmed to be valid throughout your stay. If you wish to extend your stay, please have your key card renewed at the Reception desk. All key cards must be returned upon check-out. A fee of VND 100,000 will be charged for each key card that is not returned upon check-out.
8. FACILITIES USAGE
- Swimming Pool: Children must be supervised by an adult. Proper swimwear is strictly required.
- Gym: Please use the equipment according to the instructions. Guests exercise at their own risk.
- Restaurant & Bar Lounge: Smart casual attire is recommended. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- In-Room Dining: Available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. (The last order is accepted at 9:30 PM).
- Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services: Laundry items will be collected between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Items collected before 10:00 AM will be returned the same evening. Please fill out the laundry form and sign it before leaving your room. The hotel cannot process the service without the guest's signature.
- Wake-up Calls: Please dial #0 to contact the Reception desk to arrange a wake-up call.
- Electricity: The standard electrical voltage used in Vietnam is 220V.
9. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
- In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the hotel staff and the emergency exit signs.
- Do not use the elevators in the event of a fire alarm.
10. MANAGEMENT'S RIGHTS
The Hotel Management reserves the right to amend these regulations and may request guests who violate the rules to leave the hotel premises without a refund, if deemed necessary.
