1. When booking services through our official website monarquehotel.vn, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit our website at monarquehotel.vn.
Step 2: Browse and select the service that best suits your needs.
Step 3: Choose the desired room type, quantity, and specific details. The system will display available booking packages for your easy comparison and selection. After selecting your preferred room, please fill in your personal information and confirm your reservation.
Step 4: Enter your payment details and confirm the booking.
2. Service Process and Booking Confirmation
The website monarquehotel.vn is the official online channel providing hotel room reservations and related services directly from Monarque Hotel to our customers.
Here, guests can select room types and services according to their needs while enjoying exclusive direct rates from the hotel.
Once payment is completed, the system will confirm your reservation and issue a Booking Code along with the following details:
- Booking Code
- Guest’s Full Name
- Detailed Booking Information

3. Service Usage Procedure
Step 1: After completing your reservation, you will receive a Booking Confirmation from the Monarquehotel.vn website.
Step 2: Your booking information will be forwarded to the service provider – Monarque Hotel.
Step 3: Upon arrival, please present your Booking Confirmation Code to the service provider – Monarque Hotel – to access and use the reserved services.
II. Payment Policy
Kindly proceed with the payment at the time of booking.
Monarque Hotel offers two payment methods for guests to choose from:
1. Bank Transfer
Guests who make reservations are kindly requested to transfer the payment to the following account details:

Important Notes:
- Please complete payment on time so we can guarantee your room reservation.
- Please pay any transaction fees incurred by the bank when making the transfer. The hotel will receive the full amount according to the payment value.
2. Credit Card Payment
Guests may also make payments using a credit card when using hotel services.
The hotel accepts the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and JCB.
The hotel will proceed with the payment using the card information provided at the time of reservation, through a trusted and secure international payment gateway.
III. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
After completing all payment details on the website, guests will receive a Booking Confirmation Email from our system.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the check-in date or no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charge, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.
